Homemade Sweet Italian Sausage (Mild or Hot)
This was a good base recipe. It was not sweet so next time I will add mush more sugar. I made 7 pounds and got 22 good links and about an extra loose lb. Thanks!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
This was pretty good indeed. I layered the potatos and then cheese and then potatos and so on until it was all down. I also added at least 1 extra cup of cheese, may do 2 next time. Also, I didn't add enough salt so they were slightly underseasoned but I would rather under salt than over salt! Thanks!

Fish Tacos
I did not fry these right... I like my fish grilled anyway so I finished them that way. The sauce was spicy yet refinied. Loved it.
