Apple Pecan Cornbread Dressing
About this Cook
Enjoy cooking for the ones' I love. I miss the Northeast, I am really not a Texas person. Good soups just don't quite work for me here in this hot climate!
My favorite things to cook
Pasta and steak dishes
My favorite family cooking traditions
BBQ ! But not like in the South. It's done differently in New York !
My cooking triumphs
Getting to a place where people "really do" like my food.
My cooking tragedies
Thanksgiving Turkey !

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
Loved this recipe ! A little too hot for us but GOOD none the less. I loaded up my tortillas - so I needed MORE sour cream mixture. I have found various ways to change up this recipe to our family's likings.

Pork Chops German Style
Great recipe. Easy !! It does not need a thing added or omitted. However, that being said...if you are a pretty seasoned cook...you can vary this dish in many ways to suit your taste and likings. Look at others thoughts and reviews !

Mom's Italian Beef Barley Soup
Great recipe ! I had the beef cut up smaller than usual by the butcher. And I substituted beef broth for bouillon. We prefer it this way. Very flavorful.
