Spiced Orange Chicken
Based on a previous review about the original recipe's blandness, I used grated fresh ginger, about 1/2 tsp, used soy sauce instead of salt - 1+ tsp, and added about 1/4 tsp garlic powder. I also added a tsp of zested orange peel just before serving. That jazzed it up a lot.

Bacon Water Chestnut Rolls
Weeeelllll, this was just OK, not a lot of zip, and took a lot of time to prepare. I won't make it again. Wasn't anything special.

Mexican Rice II
I followed this recipe as written. The rice did not "plump" and there was little flavor. I will not make this again, and do not recommend it.
