Spiced Orange Chicken
Based on a previous review about the original recipe's blandness, I used grated fresh ginger, about 1/2 tsp, used soy sauce instead of salt - 1+ tsp, and added about 1/4 tsp garlic powder. I also added a tsp of zested orange peel just before serving. That jazzed it up a lot.
