Zucchini Pineapple Bread I
Very good zucchini bread! Moist, alot of flavor! Didn't change the recipe at all. This one's a keeper!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread
Perfect! Very moist and flavorful bread. Made exactly as stated, except for using frozen blueberries and 2 regular size loaf pans. I have made ALOT of zucchini bread and this is one of the very best recipes I've used! Wonderful! Wouldn't change the recipe at all!

Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins
MMMM!!! I made these this morning, and what a good muffin! Very easy to make. Made 2 simple changes: added 2 T. more milk, and used frozen blueberries. Other than that, followed to a T! Very moist and great muffin texture! Will definitely be my only recipe for muffins from now on!
