This is a great dish! I cooked it inside in a roasting pan. Seared sausage first in olive oil to get a nice brown color then moved to roasting pan. In same pan, sauteed garlic, mushrooms and green beans for 5 min in olive oil. Added all ingredients to roasting pan, put a few pats of butter on top and cooked at 425 for 20 min covered with foil then 15 uncovered. Delish!
