Cheesy Potato Salad

This is the perfect potato salad, I don't love traditional heavy mayonnaise filled potato salad. This recipe is just the right consistency and creamy. I didn't add the sugar and followed some other reviews by adding 2 sliced stalks of celery and a sprinkling of dill. Delish!

Cake Mix Cookies VIII

Fabulous. I did a batch with Pillsbury Devil Food Cake mix and peanut butter chips. One of the best cookies I've had! The next week tried with a Betty Crocker Devil food cake mix, cookies came out flat and not as good. Go with the Pillsbury. I added 2TBSP oil and 1 tsp vanilla as others suggested. Really just a perfect little cookie.

Grilled Sausage with Potatoes and Green Beans

This is a great dish! I cooked it inside in a roasting pan. Seared sausage first in olive oil to get a nice brown color then moved to roasting pan. In same pan, sauteed garlic, mushrooms and green beans for 5 min in olive oil. Added all ingredients to roasting pan, put a few pats of butter on top and cooked at 425 for 20 min covered with foil then 15 uncovered. Delish!
