I gather information about cooking from everyone I know. I love to watch how others prepare meals, especially my Suegra (Mother-n-law). I'll try almost any recipe and then modify to my liking. Anything sweet! Baking is relxing theraputic for me. We are ever changing people; I have no traditional recipes. Flan, Pumpkin pie, Carrot Cake, Bacon chicken. My first flan had a good flavor, but the consistency was terrible! I flipped way to early, although it would not have mattered, and the flan was no longer a flan; unless there is flan soup!
