Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I'm rating this recipes high because it is a great recipe. But I did change mine up. I was looking for a great corn chowder recipe and wanted to make it great. This recipe had great reviews and had all the making for a great chowder. So I followed the recipe except I added two cans creamed corn, about 1 1/2 cups of frozen corn and instead of milk I used 2 cans of evap. milk. I also added some extra spices, garlic, thyme and a pinch of nutmeg. I thickened it up with cornstarch, my family likes it thick. Yummy stuff.
