Pumpkin Bread IV
Delicious! I made a few changes though as recommended by other reviewers. I didn't change the oil amount (because I didn't have any applesauce and I also figured a cup and a half divided over 3 loaves wasn't too too bad). I used two 14 oz cans of pumpkin, 1 and half cups each white and brown sugar, cut the cloves to 1 tsp, upped the cinnamon and nutmeg to 2 tsps each and added 1/2 a tsp of pumpkin spice and topped it all with cream cheese icing! It is fabulous and was awesome this morning with my coffee. My husband and two year old love it too!
