Creamy Shrimp Linguine
Great great flavour though I used only garlic (a lot more) as I do not have onions. I also sauteed the garlic with some bacon. And followed the rest of the recipe. It's my first time with cream sauce so I'm ecstatic it turned out so well. Cheeses melted nicely. I separated the pasta and sauce and let the guests help themselves since they are coming in at different time. Served it to a company of 10 and received so many compliments and best of all, it's a really easy dish. Thanks!

Apple Crisp III
What an easy easy recipe. I was too lazy to roll out an apple pie crust from scratch so decided to search for an easy apple dessert. No regrets! I followed the recipe and added a dash of nutmeg to my apples. Used 5 gala and 1 granny smith. Also a dash of vanilla to the crust. It was a winner. I made it the night before and quickly warmed it in the oven for about 15 min just before serving with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream to a company of ten. The crust was crisp and apples so soft. YUM. Changes? I would cut the water to 1/4 cup or less cos I drained out some water right after baking as it was bubbling over. It thickened nicely overnight though. Got rave reviews for this. Must try.

Easy OREO Truffles
Really yummy. And so easy, this is a keeper. i sprinkled cookie crumbs on one batch, sea salt on another and a combo of crumbs and salt on a third batch. All were well-received and tasted like gourmet truffles...if only they knew.. : ) Thanks!
