Cheeseburger Soup I

Really good. I used pasta rather than potatoes, evaporated milk and beef broth. Definitely a keeper.

Baked Corn

We really enjoyed this. I cut the butter by half, softened some diced onion in it and left out the kernel corn. I think next time I will used just one egg to see if it comes out a little drier.

California Roll Salad

Really good. I had to sub cider vinegar because I only had seasoned rice vinegar, but it worked out fine. Next time I'll make it as written.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Yummy! These came out way better than the banana bread I usually make. I made two subs: used sour cream as I didn't have yogurt and applesauce instead of oil. Really good.

Strawberry Bread

Cabbage Sloppy Joes

This was good. We thought it was too sweet, though. I only put in 1T of sugar, but with the ketchup, it was too much. Next time I will substitute 8oz. tomato sauce for the ketchup.

Barley Waldorf Salad

I've made this recipe three time since Xmas. We love it. The 2nd time I made it I used butterscotch chips and butterscotch pudding. Yum! Today I used vanilla pudding, white chocolate chips, plus the juice and zest from one lime. Really tasty. Thanks! Note: I also add 3/4 tsp. of salt to the recipe to enhance the flavor.

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Cottage Noodles and Cabbage

Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole

Loved it. I used the meat from a roasted whole chicken from the store, Country Crock mashed potatoes, and chicken broth instead of water. It was sooooo good. Thanks.
