Cabbage Sloppy Joes

This was good. We thought it was too sweet, though. I only put in 1T of sugar, but with the ketchup, it was too much. Next time I will substitute 8oz. tomato sauce for the ketchup.

Amy's Chocolate Chip Cookies

I've made this recipe three time since Xmas. We love it. The 2nd time I made it I used butterscotch chips and butterscotch pudding. Yum! Today I used vanilla pudding, white chocolate chips, plus the juice and zest from one lime. Really tasty. Thanks! Note: I also add 3/4 tsp. of salt to the recipe to enhance the flavor.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Taste of Home's Morning Glory Muffins

Really good. Seemed like alot of ingredients, but it wasn't hard to put together. They were really moist the next day, so I warmed them in the oven for a while to dry them out. Yum! Kid friendly too:)

Light Oat Bread

Very good bread. I used 2c. AP flour and 1c. bread flour. It did not collapse as my bread usually does. I will try using honey instead of brown sugar next time.
