Peppy's Pita Bread
AWESOME! For what it's worth, I tried the pan method another reviewer described, and it produced more of a flat-bread. The directions in the original (using the oven) work great for puffed up REAL pita bread. I found 3 to 3.5 min produced the softest, most foldable.

Rubbed and Grilled Pork Loin

Makhani Chicken (Indian Butter Chicken)
Very nice. Good flavor. I used tomato sauce in lieu of "pureed tomatoes", and would have liked the sauce to be a bit thicker. My husband is Indian, and found the flavor to be very nice.
