Coconut Rum Balls
These were just amazing, I found that the chocolate coating was too bitter and added extra sugar...which made it tooo sweet...and yet it was still a smash hit. Oh and I also omitted the rum. Everyone loved it!! It was painstakingly long to make but so worth it! :) Just LOVED it...give it a shot!

Marinated Tofu
I think this recipe really depends on your barbeque sauce...the tofu didn't absorb the taste well.

Quesadilla Jalapeno Spread
I really liked it, I didn't have jalapenos in cans therefore no juice so I just used fresh jalapenos. It was great neverthe;ess. Oh and I used Taco Seasoning in it too. Great for Chicken Quesadillas from allrecipes!
