Spinach Cheese Manicotti
A family favorite. Sometimes I mince a clove of garlic instead of using the garlic powder and cut down on the amount of spaghetti sauce and water. I make this dish whenever I take dinner to a family with a new baby. Accompanied by garlic bread, salad, and dessert, it's a delicious meal that everyone raves about.

Fudge Puddles
I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out great. They looked elegant and tasted delicious. I don't think anyone at the party knew how little effort it took to make them.

London Broil II
I make this often. It's one of the few meats that my 2-year-old will eat without complaint. I make 2 at a time and freeze one in the marinade. A family favorite!
