Moo Shu Pork
Not very good. I think I would use fresh cabbage and carrots instead of cole slaw mix next time. Also, make sure you really like the hoisin sauce you are using. I tried one that was not so great. Also, Make sure the pork is extremely thin.

Chai Tea Mix
I just put this in tins for the holidays. It is addicting and so perfectly yummy. DO NOT leave out the cardomom!! It makes the whole recipe!! Also, you don't use that much of it, so you will always have it on hand for the next time you make it!

Mexican Rice II
It was pretty good, but not quite what I was expecting. It will do until I find another recipe. TOO SALTY.....Use less salt~
