My son needed to make gazpacho for Spanish class one day. We found this recipe and tried it. The teacher and students LOVED it, and the teacher said it was one of the best she's ever eaten (she's from Spain). I have had gazpacho at many different restaurants, and I have to agree that it's one of the best I've ever had!!!

My family's FAVORITE dessert is my strawberry rhubarb pie. I felt like doing something different, so I found this recipe and tried it. After reading all the reviews, I cut the granulated sugar in half, and I won't do that again (it was still good, but a bit tart). I will make the recipe exactly as written next time, but my family did LOVE it!!!!! They said I could make my pie OR this dessert any day!!!!!! A winner!!!!

LOVED this recipe!!! I used only 1 packet of onion soup mix, used beef broth instead of water, and added 1 can of Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup (instead of button mushrooms)---this made the sauce thicker and creamier!!!
