I wasn't very fond of this. Okay flavor but to hard even when dunking in your morning caffine injection. A friend of mine liked them so I let him eat them all. Not a great recipe. If you are set on making this only bake two times. Do not bake the last third time, hopefully you'll have a softer product. Good luck.

Really tasty. I recomend only using chicken pecies. They are easier to handle. It was just spicy enough for me because I didn't use the peper. Serve over vegtables and rice

Before you try anyother shortbread recipe or buy a package of Walkers you NEED to make these! They are incredible. I made 150 servings for the Soup Hour in my community and everyone loved them. They may not be very traditional but they are better! Just remember to add the flour in 1/2 cup amounts to the mixer and make sure to cream the brown sugar and butter well. Linda you rock my socks!
