I thought these were 'okay'...however my husband, and picky 6 year old loved them! Not bad for something to change up the old week day menu!

Wow! This was the BEST carrot cake (or even any CAKE) I have ever made. DO NOT make any changes to the recipe. Make this AS STATED, and you will have a moist delicious carrot cake. The only bad part was it's so good, and I've eaten too much! Not good for the diet...but great for the taste buds. AMAZING!

Yumm, Yumm! We make this about once every two weeks...it's so amazing. Great dinner!
