Pork Chops in Red Sauce
This was very good! Didn't knock my socks off, which is why it fell short of a 5, but with just minimal tweaking, I think it could be! Thank you for the recipe!

Goulash Supreme
Loved it! I went with the suggestions of a few reviewers to cook the pasta first, and I used diced tomatoes and some tomato sauce instead of the stewed tomatoes. I also used cumin instead of chili powder. All in all, it was a wonderful dinner. . .all my changes didn't change the fact that it was a good, solid recipe to begin with. It was plenty to go around, with leftovers, which is a huge thing for our family! Thanks for a great recipe! :D
