Greek Chicken Pasta
This was a hit. The next time I make it I will probably use artichoke hearts from a can rather than the jar, personally I just think the flavor is better.

Chicken Diane Style
This has become a fast favorite for my family. I used whiskey instead of brandy and it turned out great.
