Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
I usually follow the recipe on the marshmallow creme, but I also usually end up with grainy fudge. I used this method instead this year and the fudge was amazing. I also followed other people's tip and used 2 cups semi-sweet and 1 cup of the milk chocolate chips. SO GOOD AND CREAMY! My husband took some to work and it was gone long before the other treats there!!! :)

Szechwan Shrimp
This recipe was easy enough, but I didn't think that the sauce was all that special. Maybe if you tweaked it a little bit.....

Pumpkin Cookies I
When I made these cookies, I added 1t pumpkin pie spice, eyeballed 1/2t cinnamon, and added 1t milk to the dough. I cut back the butterscotch chips to 3/4c. After 4-5 minutes in the oven, I used the back of a spoon to tap down the tops of each cookie to flatten them slightly since the cookies don’t spread much. Really yummy and great to use up extra pumpkin!!!
