Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
This is a regular on our table. I usually triple it. There is plenty of the delicious gravy to serve with garlic mashed potatoes. Fantastic recipe.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy
This is the country fried steak I've been looking for. Just like you would find in a restaurant! My husband wants to have this regularly!

Mom's Portuguese Beef Stew
Delicious stew! Even better the next day. I'll be making this regularly! Followed the directions and ingredients exactly, wouldn't change a thing. I might try it in the slow cooker though, after the browning.
