Alfredo Mostaccioli

Very good. I didn't have fresh parsley so i used 1/4 cup of dried, but it was still a bit too much. I'll use less next time. I used fresh garlic and Locatelli cheese. Yummy! My kids loved it and asked for seconds (that rarely happens) Very quick and easy!

Garlic Shrimp Linguine

A very tasty sauce. I also had to double the butter and wine amounts. I added onions too so it soaked up alot of sauce and I had to add extra wine. But it was a good sauce. Its not heavy and it coats the pasta nicely.

Croutons

Very tasty. I followed recipe exactly as called for exept I added some parsley. I used left over Hoagie rolls that never got eaten at a party. I will never throw away unused rolls again. Great to snack on

Crab Bites

Very tasty. I only used a package and a half of Cream cheese, like others reviewers had suggested. I also added some old bay and a dollop of cocktail sauce to the mix. I would make these again.

Spanish Rice II

Very, very good. The only thing i did differently was added some Adobo seasoning and some pepper to the sauteing rice and onion. I omitted the pepper due to family's preference. I also added some frozen corn to it. I added a few dashes of hot sauce at the end because it wasn't quite spicy enough for my taste. I will definatley make this again.

Crabmeat Toasts

I did not care for this too much. It was way to greasy and salty, even after I reduced the salt to half as per other suggestions. If i were to make it again, i would reduce the butter and mayo as well.

Old-Fashioned Chicken and Noodles

This soup was very tasty! I had never made homemade noodles before and I was a little nervous, but it turned out great! I used about 4-5 leftover chicken breasts instead of a whole chicken. I would definaltey make this again, but i would probably add more liquid as i had alot of leftover noodle dough that i had to toss b/c it wouldn't fit. Very tasty reheated.

Red Skinned Potato Salad

I thought this was pretty good but my guests weren't too carazy about it. The potatoes took alot longer to cook (about 20 minutes) and still weren't the right texture. Maybe next time i will cut them first and then boil them. Make sure you cut them into small pieces. I cut up my bacon before I cooked it for easier and faster cooking. The overall taste was pretty good. I might make this again for myself, but I'm going to stick to a more traditional one for my next party.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Very tasty! I added 1/2 c flour and 1/4 peanut butter extra like others suggested, and they turned out perfect! I used reduced fat peanut butter and you couldn't even tell. I would definatley make these again!!

I thought this was pretty good, although my boyfriend didn't care for it. I didn't use the boullion cube because we are on a low sodium diet. Other than that, I followed the recipe. I would probably make this again.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

This was fan-freakin-tastic!!! I doubled the sauce like the others suggested. I didn't add the nuts or the nutmeg b/c I didn't have it. I sauteed the chops with sliced onions and it was really good. The consistancy of the sauce wasen't quite right, but I think that had more to do with me being a bad cook than with the recipe! I will definatley make this again!!

Classic Macaroni Salad

Like alot of other members, I cut back a bit on the sugar and I'm, glad I did- I used a half a cup and it was still pretty sweet. I would probably use even less for next time. I also needed some extra mayo in it. Overall it was a prety good macaroni salad.

Easy Alfredo Sauce I

This sauce was really good. I didn't have fresh parm. cheese (only the Kraft stuff) and it still turned out great. I added garlic, pepper and parsley and even my very picky husband had seconds. I would definately make this again!

Perfect Crab Cakes With Green Onions
