Apple Matzo Kugel
I also made this recipe according to the directions, and it was not good. Only one person in my house ate it, and they doused it with cream and sugar and ate it like cereal. Very bland. I wouldn't suggest it.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos
I love these burritos. I spice them up a little bit, and since we are not vegetarians, I also like to ad some steak. It is great for a meal on the go.

Mozechilli Casserole
I thought this recipe was great. I always use some basic seasonings on my ground beef (cumin, oregano, chili powder, and garlic) and it added some extra good flavor. I also added some sliced olives that we had on hand, and it added a nice touch. It was also very quick and easy to prepare for a family of 6!
