Sweet and Sassy Pork Tenderloin
If you like spicy, this one is a definite keeper. It reminds me of something served in a good restaurant.

Shiitake Scallopine
Excellent tasting recipe. I used dried shiitake mushrooms that I rehydrated beforehand, then added more garlic to the recipe and freshly ground pepper.

Chili with Ground Pork
Excellent recipe. A keeper! I substituted cannned peas for frozen ones and the tomato sauce with a can of diced tomatoes. I added 4 tbsp chili powder and more garlic. Because I cooked the pork in the micro-wave I didn't add the olive oil.
