Ganache II
Wonderful, fast, and easy! This recipe makes a lot of ganache, so if you are making a layer cake, you can afford to be generous between the layers. I have made this twice and the crowd goes wild!

Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes
These zucchini cakes are wonderful. They taste great, are adjustable to your individual tastes (I ate mine with a curry sauce), and they can be frozen without losing their taste or texture. Thank you so much for this recipe - it's a lifesaver for those of us buried under a mountain of zucchini!

Banana Banana Bread
I made this recipe exactly as written. The key is let it cool, wrap it in aluminum foil, and let it sit for 2 days before you eat it, so that the banana flavor develops. Still, as written, it isn't terribly interesting.
