Beet Bundt Cake
I never review cakes because most of the ones I try on here are hardly worth a second thought. This one, however, I've made over and over again. The cake is incredibly good. The flavor of the beets is masked by the chocolate. I will say that I put in more than 4 oz of chocolate each time... I just like it very chocolatey. The smell of beets is very obvious as the cake bakes but after it has been cooled and frosted, unsuspecting family members will not be able to tell. The purple color also disappears after baking... it just looks like a chocolate cake but it tastes 100 times better than the boxed kind. I've bought beets on several occasions in order to make this cake. The only thing that I don't like is the amount of effort involved in cooking, peeling, and pureeing the main ingredient. TRY IT !

Cool 'n Easy Pie
An easy no-bake pie, however, I would substitute the ice cubes for 1/2 cup of cold water as the ice cubes gelled the gelatin and did not mix well with the cool whip in the end. I used Strawberry Cool Whip which made the pie taste even more intensely strawberry... a kid's pie with little appeal otherwise, i found.

Wonderful Yogurt Cake
This is a wonderful low-sugar cake, however I found the consistency to be more like sweet bread rather than a moist cake. Be careful not to burn or toughen the outside of the cake! Overall, delicious.
