This is fantastic with some additions. I sautéd 2 garlic cloves (minced),1 onion, chopped & 1 pkg of sliced baby bella mushrooms, salt & pepper in olive oil. When that was softened, I threw in the spinach and poured a cup of chicken broth over the mixture until wilted. Threw in the cooked pasta (used Rigatoni), Added Italian Seasoning, 1 can of petite diced tomatoes,1 can of Northern white beans and 1 package of turkey smoked sausage sliced thin and topped with parmesan cheese. Great meal!

This was great! Can't wait to make it on our next camping trip. I omitted the butter and tossed the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic salt & pepper then added the green beans & sausage. Will add more green beans & sausage next time.

Excellent!! I made this for lunch today and everyone loved it! I've never made anything like this before, so I didn't deviate from the recipe too much except for only using 1/2 tsp of dill, which I mixed in the mayo. The 1/2 tsp of dill was perfect. I still tasted it, but it wasn't strong or overpowering. I also sautéd the chicken, onion, garlic and red pepper all together in olive oil then mixed everything together. I also cooked my fresh broccoli beforehand as well and ended up using more than 1 cup of it. Really yummy. I will be making this often!
