Cream of Mushroom Soup I
Flavor was wonderful! Used Chanterelle mushrooms. Seemed a little thick, so added about 1/2 cup 1% milk. Add spices to your own tastes.

Hungarian Mushroom Soup
The lemon flavor seemed a bit strong. Would half the amount next time.

Roasted Tomatillo and Garlic Salsa
Loved the spiciness to it. The flavor was excellent and I used the left over salsa to make a green enchilada casserole, which added to the flavor of the casserole immensely.
