Grandpa Hubbard's Oatmeal
My whole family enjoyed this oatmeal. My kids even request it for lunch or dinner. I used a vanilla nut coffee creamer for the non dairy creamer and it turned out great....atleast for our taste buds:)

Mexican Rice III
My husband loves this rice. I have tried several spanish rice recipes and he never has given me so much positive feedback as with this Mexican Rice recipe. I followed the advice of one reviewer and added the cilantro last and sauteed the veggies which did cut down on the spiciness, which was nice since I have small children. This is a keeper!

Oh My Gosh Muffins
I thought this was a great recipe. I used spelt flour as a substitute and it worked really well with this muffin recipe. I am not a big banana fan so I only added 1 banana and the small hint of flavor it added was a nice subtle compliment. I did keep the original sugar measurement but added some vegan semi sweet chips, which helped make it not so sweet...just perfect. Thank you for the recipe!
