Roasted Garlic Peppercorn Sauce
We used this sauce in a broccoli and chicken rice dish and used pre-canned minced garlic instead of roasting a head of garlic. It was very strong in garlic flavor but was great for our dish. With the fat free milk it was a quick and healthy option to cream of chicken soup for this rice dish.

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy
This is the most moist and tasty pork chop I have ever had! I made it for lunch and not only was it quick but delicious. The great news is that it only had to cook for about 18 mins before the chops were done. I did follow the advice of some others and added some red pepper to the chops while cooking. My husband doesn’t like blue cheese so I served his without and then just added the sauce over the blue cheese crumbles on my chop. Amazing and will certainly use again. Thanks for the great recipe.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits
This is wonderful...just like the restaurant's. When I presented these biscuits at the table no one believed that they were actually homemade. An alternative serving method... skip the butter and seasons and serve as a yummy breakfast biscuit. Either way, these are a quick and easy complement waiting to happen. Thanks for sharing.
