Barbie's Tuna Salad

My husband is a mayo and tuna only purist but he was over the moon with this. Said this is the best hands down tuna salad he had ever had. I followed the recipe exactly. EZ!

Juicy Roasted Chicken

5 STARS!!!!! I added cut up potatoes, carrots and onions the last half an hour, increasing the baking time but is well worth it. Made gravy with the juices by adding some cornstarch to milk then adding to liquid on medium heat. Making chicken hash with leftovers!

Excellent! I quickly made this while heating up frozen breaded chicken tenders. I won't buy packaged gravy for the ease anymore only for the fat content.

No-Cream Pasta Primavera

This is fantastic. The flavor is just right. I only made small changes due to what veggies I have and it is always great. I also cook this just a little longer to make sure the veggies are roasted and not wet.

Fried Chicken with Creamy Gravy

yum yum! I also used boneless chicken tenders, cooking longer than I normally would. They were wonderful, almost as good as the gravy. I used others suggestions of using more spices. Next time I will make twice as much gravy.

Korean BBQ Chicken Marinade

Only had time to marinade the pounded chicken breasts for 30 minutes, then I broiled it, the family loved it. Next time I will make more marinade for dipping.

Black Bean And Corn Salad II

Soooo easy! I love that it was ready to serve right away instead having to marinate over nite. Used roasted red pepper, red pepper and grape tomatoes. WOW!!

Orange Chicken Stir Fry

We had oranges left over from Christmas so I looked for a recipe with orange juice and chicken. I added fresh ginger and doubled the liquid, I left the sprouts out. The flavor was wonderful, the only complaint was the sauce was a little thin. Also served it with rice instead of chow mein.
