Chicken Enchiladas I
I followed Patrick's review 4/2/2007 and recommendations, and they were fabulous. I used another brand of Chipolte salsa, and used yogurt instead of sour cream. This one is a keeper! Thanks

Tilapia Pitas
My husband said, what a delicious medley of flavors! Used canola oil, can't stand the taste of olive oil. I don't like fish, but this was good, and filling. Good job, we will use this again. The sauce was delicious!

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon
Great with salmon, but we did turkey breast tenderloins cubed, and made into shishkabobs, it was out of this world! The turkey really soaked up the flavors of the marinade.
