Cookies 'n' Creme Fudge
This tastes just like white fudge covered oreos. Most people were right use large chunks of cookies because they will break up more as you stir them in. That way you don't end up with grey fudge. Yummy

Kyle's Favorite Beef Stew
Probably the best tasting beef stew I have ever had.Kind of a pain to make, but well worth it. Would make again. Alot of prep work. I used presliced mushrooms instead of whole.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini
Simple to make and excellent. I would double the sauce next time though.
