About this Cook
Before Food TV, as a kid I would watch cooking shows on the public tv station. I have always loved cooking or baking, but don't consider myself an expert (Julia Child- she' an expert).
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook just about anything. I am the owner of a dog day care and in home pet sitting service...so now I cook (or bake) for my dogs and the dogs of my clients.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love cooking with my dad and baking with my mom. I absolutely love my time with them in the kitchen. They are the best at what they do!
My cooking triumphs
I make a mean leg of lamb on the grill.
My cooking tragedies
Too many to count :-)!!!

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
Awsome! Easy! and Super Yummy! I had no problems making this recipe. Although I love cooking, I don't make much bread. I'm glad I took a chance on this recipe.

Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, and Banana Pancakes
Super!!! I followed the recipe to the letter and they came out perfect. These are dense and super filling pancakes. I think next time i will add blueberries and orange zest for something different or maybe nuts and spices...oh the possibilities are great! :-)
