Pineapple Chicken Tenders

Excellent! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Follwed the recipe and would not change a thing. I could not BBQ so I put in under the broiler, and I made kabobs with Pepper, onion and fresh pineapple. it was great!

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

This dressing was great. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! I followed the recipe as written and just scaled it down to about 12 servings. It justfit in my cruet!

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

followed the receipe as written. It was so good and Easy. I only made 2 salmon fillets and the full amount of sauce. I would doulbe the sauce receipe if I were making 6 as the original receipe called for. I had the perfect amount of sauce with a little left over for 2 salmon fillets. I really don't see how that would be enough for 6.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

I am giving this 5 stars for the idea of this recipe! I rarely ever change the orginal receipe but based on other reviews I did. I used 5 cloves of garlic and sauted the garlic, parsley, lemon. I added some cajun spice mix to the tilapia (from this site) put it in a baking dish than put the butter/garlic sauce over the fish and baked. It was so good. Like I said, I really changed the receipe but it was so worth it.

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

This was so good! I followed the recipe as written and I really would not change a thing. I was a little worried because the reviews kept saying it turned into a lumpy mess, but this did not happen to me. We had this with grilled tilapia so good!

Chip Chicken Lollipops

Some of the reviews were saying these were bland, I was saying they must be crazy, with all the flavor in the chips,(I used cool ranch doritos)why would you need to add seasoning to the chicken? but you do!! next time I will use some salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder to season the chicken before I put on the chip coating.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

I made this recipe as written, it was very good. I will do less breadcrumbs and more pecans next time and I did marinate for an hour or so. I think the honey & mustard were a perfect combo with the right amount of each.

Baked Maryland Lump Crab Cakes

I follwed this recipe as written. What I loved about these crab cakes is they were not fried and there was not a lot of filler so you really got the crab taste, the reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that we felt it was way to salty. I will keep this has my crab cake receipe, but next time I will cut the old bay to 1 tsp, and add either 1/2 tsp to a 1 tsp of cheyenne just for the kick that the old bay gave it.

Mexican Rice I

Excellent! I did make some changes based on other reviews. I used chicken stock instead of water, and added a can of rotel tomato with chilli. So good! ****the juice from rotel is about a 1/2 cup. So only add 1 cup of water or chicken broth******.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

This was very good. My husband loved it as is, I also followed the recipe. I think it was way to much butter it made it very very rich, a little to rich for me but like I said my husband loved it. I would 1/2 the butter called for in the recipe and add more garlic the next time. I really don't think my husband would even know the difference with less butter, you really don't need that much!

Strawberry and Feta Salad

I wish I could give this salad more than 5 stars!! It was excellent! Followed the recipe and did not change a thing. I have to say it made a ton of dressing, instead of putting the dressing on the salad I put it in a cruet for everyone to add there own, the dressing almost did not fit in the cruet! and we had a lot left over. That did not matter because the dressing is so good, we could have it on salads for the rest of the week. Excellent!

Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa

These were really good but... DO NOT COOK IN DOORS WITH A GRILL PAN. I had to open every window in the house,(March in NY, we were very cold!) my husband and I were coughing up a lung. I had to shut the door to my kids rooms so they would not choke! I went to 3 different supermarket/fruit stores to find Jimica and I really don't think it added flavor to the corn salsa, it did add crunch but that is about it. I will make these again but only in the summer when we can BBQ the fish! They were very hot and I cut the cayenne pepper down to a tablespoon.

Grilled Salmon I

This was very good! We did the foil packet at 425 for 15/20 min and it was great. The only changes I made was fresh lemon juice and pepper instead of the lemon pepper. I also marinated this longer than 2 hours based on a couple of reviews.

Meatball Sandwich

Sorry we did not like this meatball recipe. I think it did need an extra egg, and less seasoning and breadcrumbs. They were very dry and hard. I really do not think you taste the meat in these meatballs, really just a lot of filler and seasonings.

Chocolate Pretzels

These were a hit! I used white chocolate hugs and regular milk chocolate kisses. My milk choc. never melted! I don't understand? I am still giving it 5 stars because they were great and everyone loved them, (the huggs, I threw away the milk chocolate they were burnt!) maybe it was just my oven or something or a bad bag of kisses but I would love to know why they did not melt!
