Satiny Chocolate Glaze

This is awsome on "Too Much Chocolate Cake". I doubled the recipe and used it on my cake. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.

OMG! This was insanely good. I used mini chocolate chips and it really worked out great. A scrumptious, chocolately, rich dessert, a real chocoholics delight! And..fancy looking coming out of the bundt pan! I used "Satiny chocolate glaze"..I doubled that recipe, just because! I can't rave enough about this recipe! :)

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

I used evaporated milk instead of water and boiled the pasta in chicken broth as other people suggested and used cream of chicken with Herbs...it really added great flavor. The original version would be just great, too, I'm sure. The family really gobbled it up! Pretty easy too! Thanks for the recipe! It's a keeper.

Amish White Bread

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Very very good. Mixed reviews from everyone at the table...as the cook...I get to put my opinion in ..so...five stars from me..I thought it was yummy with a little added salt and pepper for my taste. I thought it was good before it was even baked!!

Wisconsin Bratwurst

As a Wisconsinite, if you want the classic flavor of a good old fashioned wisconsin brat, this is the way to do it. You can grill brats straight from the package or meat market, but it just is not the same. This adds so much to the flavor.

Sweet Potato Balls

I customize it a little bit by adding a little more brown sugar (we like it sweeter). But I've made it as the recipe states and it's perfectly yummy, too. How I make it just depends on what we're having it with. Those in my family who loves sweet potatoes love this recipe.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

amazing! I too used this recipe as I didn't want to even try to compete with my Mom's dressing. I did a trial run, and it was super yummy! I baked it on the side and didn't cover it, so I just added some stock as needed. I will cover it tomorrow and I'm sure it will be fine. :) Thanks for a great recipe!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Absolutely perfect in every way. I followed directions exactly..perfectly happy with everything. HUGE success at recent party. It was interesting to watch everyone's curiosity speculating over exactly what it all was slowly turn into a feeding frenzy!!

World's Best Lasagna

Definitely the BEST lasagna I've EVER had...all my guests agreed, even the pickiest eaters. Better than any restaurant types I've had. I used the Creamette "oven-ready lasagna noodles", only 6 strips of these kind of noodles, and it was perfect. The sauce is absolutely amazing. It really makes the dish. Thanks for sharing this recipe!!!
