My first Thanksgiving meal was this year, and everything went just fine. Tried all new recipes, all from this site! I tried to broil some salmon in a Pyrex dish...apparently you can't broil in pyrex, at least not that particular dish! There was a loud pop...it shattered but most of it was sort of intact..like a car windshield after an accident. So much for that salmon meal!!
