I thought this recipe is a great base. I added chocolate chips for my kids but followed the recipe for me and my hubby. I used a non-stick griddle but the bananas stuck to it. The next batch, I covered the bananas with batter so they didn't stick and that worked perfectly. I will be making these again.

I thought this recipe was good but needed more salt. It seemed like it was missing something else but I can't put my finger on it. My hubby made chicken strips out of the chicken breasts and it worked just fine. The chicken came out very moist. We'll use this recipe again with more seasoning next time.

YUMMY!! I have only had banana pudding a few times and wasn't really a fan before. I decided to mae this recipe for Thanksgiving which is tomorrow. I had my daughter help me make it this moring. I couldn't wait so I made a small portion in a separate bowl to see how it was. I know my hubby is going to LOVE it. It is delicious and I will be making it again soon!!
