if you are looking for a moist, slightly sweet loaf of bread, then this is the recipe for you. it is a very easy to make. my 9 year old daugter made this with no problem. i served i to my family and they loved it. 5 people ate one loaf of bread in about three minutes. i recommend eating this with butter and honey. after it comes out of the oven, wait for it to cool before cutting it or it will crumble. use the suggestions from "breadguy" review. overall, this is my favorite bread ever.

Bake Sale Lemon Bars

I changed the recipe as per beebeebaker and found the crust too thick and with a greasy appearance/taste. The lemon filling changes were perfect with a rich lemon flavor and texture were just right. All in all, I will keep looking for a better recipe.

Indian Vegetable Rice

With a few changes we really enjoyed this as an addition to our dinner - following some other suggestions I increased the garam masala to 3/4 tsp. Also, I added the mixed veggies at the 10 minute cooking mark. The total cooking time was 30 minutes and the rice was great. A keeper...

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

We made these using only half the water called for in the recipe - the consistency was just right. The spice mixtures were fine for our tastes. Overall, a thumbs up from the kids and hubby, too!

Pasta Primavera Sauce

Really delicious sauce - my kids thought it was yummy, too! I made it with two cans of tomatoes instead of one. The sauce was perfect -not too thick, not too thin. We will definitely make this again!

Awesome Chicken Noodle Soup

This has become a favorite in our house. We like lots of noodles so we increased the amount to 16oz. We eliminated the leomon grass and it is still so wonderful. To save time, we cooked chicken breasts instead of the whole chicken. Shredding the chicken makes the consistency slightly thicker...a winning recipe.
