Make Ahead Party Mashed Potatoes

Fluffy Pudding Frosting
Best icing I have ever tasted! My husband ate the leftover icing like pudding. I used Low Fat Cool Whip, Low Fat milk, and sugar free pudding and it was so yummy without all the calories! From now on, this will be the only icing we eat. No more of the store bought stuff.

Tater Tot Casserole II
With a few changes, this recipe was so good. I browned the burger first with onions, used skim evaporated milk and low fat cream of mushroom soup, and added French cut green beans (drained) and shredded cheese on the top. I baked it for only 25 minutes and put the cheese on for the last 5 minutes. My picky husband thought it was "awesome". Also, if you use store brands of all the ingredients, it's a very cheap meal to make and makes a lot.
