Bill's Beefuna Burgers

These wer just ok for us. With all the rave reviews though I think I will try them again just to make sure we didn't make them wrong.(husband made them)lol.

Very good and pretty cake. My advice is to make it the day before because it tastes even better the next day. Also I used a cheap (store brand) cake mix and I think it would of been moister with a Betty Crocker or Duncan Hines.

Cheese Cake Cups

These were very good. I topped them with the cherry pie filling like in the picture and they were so pretty. I only wish it made more. Next time I will double the recipe or make mini ones. Also I had to cook longer that indicated. (maybe just my oven)

Aunt Betty's Banana Pudding

I made this for a church dinner along with about 5 other desserts and this one was completly gone when the night was over. It was the hit of the night. This was the best banana pudding I have ever had. I layered it in a trifle dish instead of putting it in a 9x13 and it was beautiful. This one will knock your socks off!!!

Apple Enchiladas

This was a nice easy recipe to make for a mexican themed party we had. My only mistake was buying the store brand apple pie filling. Next time I will splurge for the name brand.

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

My mother-in-law gave me this exact recipe when I was first married. It has been a long time favorite of mine. I use whatever cream soup I have on hand but cream of celery is my favorite. I also kind of just eyeball the cheese. I usually use closer to 2 cups. I usualy use leftover ham but I love it so much sometimes I just use lunchmeat. I even take this to work for potlucks and get many requests for the recipe.

Guy Approved Meatloaf

This had a great flavor. I was worried I wouldn't like it without a sauce on top but the bacon came out crispy and was very good. I cooked mine on a baking stone from pamperd chef. I will make this again for sure but will cook it a little less. I think it was probably done at 1 hour. Thanks for the new twist on meatloaf.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

This was soooooo good. It was so easy and used things that were on hand. I much more likely to have cream cheese than heavy cream on hand. I will be making this often. Thanks for the great recipe!!

Beefy Cheesy Pasta

This was very good. Iwasn't sure about it while I was cooking it but it turned out yummy. My husband ate three bowls of it. Very easy to make and cheap.

Gooey Butter Cookies

These cookies are the best! You can subsitute a chocolate cake mix for a delicious chocolate version. My dad doesn't like sweets but he couldn't stop eating these. He wants these for his birthday instead of a cake. Also make sure you chill the dough for about 30 min before rolling in the powdered sugar.
