My Canadian Friend's Bean Soup
Absolutely delicious! I use smoked turkey sausage instead of Italian sausage, and use three different kinds of canned beans. This soup is easy and tastes great!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
Pretty good, but maybe a little too creamy. I used some leftover ham, and also used hash browns with onions and peppers to give it some kick. Will definitely make this again.

White Chocolate-Cranberry Biscotti
This was my first attempt at biscotti, and I thought it was excellent! A little crumbly after the first baking step, but that could've been me leaving it in the oven too long.
