Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I did not put the cayenne pepper or the can of spicy beans in this chili because I was scared that it was too hot. I also used brown sugar instead of white sugar and I added in way more than what the recipe said. The secret to this chili is to let it simmer for a while. I made this at night and when I went to bed I left the pot of chili out to cool off. In the morning it was totally different and better tasting. This recipe is too big for 2 people, so I ended up freezing a bunch of it.
