Best Stovetop BBQ Ribs

There is not enough liquid in a pan big enough to hold 4 ribs, that and 45 minutes on medium dosn't create a simmer it burns. The meat was moist but I couldn't taste the marinade.

This was very easy the only reason it is a 4 star is it is a tad too sweet. I wonder if you could use a different natural sweetener? Or just a cup less sugar and it would still thicken up.

This is the best french toast I have ever had. This is my new recipe I love the subtel taste of cinnamon and I love that it is sweetened with honey rather than sugar. (We used dinosaur cutouts for the little ones) Thank you

Molasses Sugar Cookies

Wow these are so good my family thinks I am a baking genius and I am sending them another batch tomorrow. I did two small changes butter (because every cookie should be baked with butter) and since I used butter these did not have to sit I was able to bake them right away and half brown half white sugar for more depth in flavor. These will be made every christmas from now on.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Wow these cookies were sent from the heavens, they are so delicious and decadent. They come out much better when they are cooked in muffin pans versus a cookie sheet. These will become regular holiday cookies for us, I will have to bake another batch tomorrow to send to family and friends.

Mexican Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas

We used all white whole purpose flour, and while it took a little while to get the cooking technique down these were absolutely amazing. The flavor is great, we used them for quesadillas and they were so good. Will not buy store bought again.

These are great cookies. Next time I will add wheat germ and flax to add some more nutrients. The only change I made was to use all butter. These smelled great while cooking.

Ranch Dressing II

This was brilliant, the only thing I changed was fresh parsley and chives. This was so good I am 100% sure I will not buy bottled ranch ever again. I used this on the Cobb Salad from this site and the two go together brilliantly.

This was so fresh wonderful and full of flavor. I think bottled ranch would ruin the pure flavors here so I made the Ranch Dressing II from this site they were made for each other. I will make this many more times.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

These are the best tasting buns I have ever made or tried. The problem I had is that they were so dense and heavy. It is very humid here and possibly that is the problem. I am driving myself crazy trying to make light fluffy buns.

This was really quite terrible tasting, the parmesan flavor was overwhelming and the bottom of the chicken was burnt. I followed this recipe exactly and I noticed that most of the 5 star reviews are a tweaked version of the recipe.

Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie

This was great, you can really taste the difference between fresh and canned. I added extra spice and sugar. My major complaint was that the pie took about 1 1/2 hours to set up which caused the bottom of the crust to burn. I strained the purreed pumpkin overnight and it was still really wet. I huess it should be strained even more.
