My cooking tragedies
Sometimes I tend not to follow recipes or measure when I cook (a la Rachel Ray)...so this has produced a NUMBER of cooking tragedies. I usually learn my lesson and try to stick to a recipe the next time.

BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs
Great & tasty but a little on the greasy side. I made a double batch to freeze and we enjoyed again a couple months later.

The Best Banana Bread
Delicious. Mild banana taste; not overpoweringly sweet like banana bread sometimes tastes. (Perhaps it was because my bananas were not overripe yet.) Great -- I just added in some chocolate chips at the last minute.

Broccoli Sausage Breakfast Bake
This is "the best" and I am by no means an expert in the kitchen. It was easy to make and very delicious. The only thing I did differently was to add a cup of hash browns to the mix. It turned out sooo yummy.
