Coffeebar Chai
Love it! I add a bit extra of each spice and use 5 (decaf) tea bags for more flavor. Since I live in the tropics, I need this iced - I add all the spices to the water and bring to a boil. I simmer w/ the teabags for 5 minutes, then drain and add sugar/honey. With 6 ice cubes and the cold milk, it's ready!

Creamy Rice Pudding
Sooo good! The ultimate comfort food! I used leftover basmati rice and omitted the raisins, and added a tiny pinch of cardamom and a dash of cinammon while cooking. I beat the egg into the last 1/2 c milk and just slowly whisked it in. Stir stir stir!

French Toast Casserole
Despite cooking for over an hour, the center was still mushy. I will make this again, but will use a 9x13 pan to help it cook faster and crisp up. Also, it stuck like crazy, so I'll make sure to use a LOT of butter on the pan next time.
