Grilled Salmon I
excellent. only had time to marinate for 45 mins, so the skin did stick. will marinate full time next time. very very good.

'I Hate Cucumbers!' Cucumber Salad
I omitted the celery, and only used three cucumbers. I took it to a SBDiet cookout and it was a HIT. It's good the second day, but the cucumbers begin to wilt. Will definitely serve again.

Grandma's Five Cup Salad
this was fun to make, easy to make and quite good. However, it wasn't very popular at the buffet. Their loss.
