Magic Lemon Pie
It IS a very sweet pie - I generally use 3 yolks, which cuts the sweetness somewhat, and like other reviewers did, you can cut way back on the sugar in the meringue, but this recipe definitely requires a sweet tooth!

Maple Glazed Ribs
The glaze is good, but a little too sweet. The appearance is appetizing and the flavor is very good. We put ours under the broiler instead of grilling and the result was wonderful (but watch carefully so it doesn't burn!)

Sock it to Me Cake I
Very good! Easy to prepare, pecans gave good flavor and texture. A little less sugar in the batter and the addition of a glaze would be great. Would definitely make again.
