This is SO good! I needed something to do last minute with some chicken and it was fantastic. I didn't have any mushrooms, but will definitely do this again and throw them in. I also has really thick chicken breasts so I had to cook them a bit longer. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly as written.

I just made these and they were awesome! I used about 1/2 of the noodles to make homemade chicken noodle soup and took the rest to and used it for butternut squash ravioli. Both turned out really great. Will definitely keep this recipe handy!

I just made these and had to immediately review. I was worried because the dough seemed a bit stickier than what I had expected, but they turned out absolutely delicious! After backing I drizzled them with a little melted butter mixed with honey and we ate them just like that. They were fantastic!
